This corporate headquarters comprises a five-storey modern building over basement with open-plan floor plates extending to a total floor area of 5,500m2. This building has energy efficiency as it’s fundamental driving force and consequently has lower running costs than similar city centre offices.

Trinity Point was designed implementing sound Passive Design techniques in order to minimise building energy demand. This ensures that a low energy/low maintenance office building solution could be achieved, with full Tenant Fit-Out flexibility between natural ventilation and air conditioning. The principal approach to ensuring effective passive design was the use of a double skin façade to the main West elevation of the building.
