IN2 carry out due dilligence inspections and reporting as per client instructions. Typically we would follow the below methodology:
Undertake full due diligence on as-built drawings and specifications (if available) and full technical due diligence on the existing Mechanical, Electrical and Lift Services Installations.
Provide a detailed condition report on the Services Installations within the building demesne, including any Landlord services which may be deemed applicable to the development.
IN2 undertake distinct Technical Audit exercises as follows;
– Complete preliminary technical review of As Built drawings and technical documentation, in order to ensure the existing installations would satisfy hotel requirements
– Carry out a detailed survey of the complete mechanical and electrical systems and report on the general condition, identifying any potential defects, including estimation of life expectancy of existing plant and systems
– Produce a detailed technical audit report on the condition of the mechanical and electrical systems
– The report shall include a photographic record of any defects together with an estimation of costs for necessary repairs or capital investment
