“It’s with great pleasure we are announcing 3 new promotions here at IN2. Congratulations to our new Associate Directors, William White, Paul McGreevy and Shane O’Brien.
We are so very proud to have such strength and professionalism within the IN2 teams. It’s been fantastic seeing their progress. Will, Paul and Shane’s contribution to projects is always highly valued by our clients; each recognised as experts in their fields.
We look forward to welcoming Will, Paul and Shane to the management team.”
Barry Flynn – Managing Director
“I am looking forward to continuing to help win new projects and develop new services for the Belfast and London offices, such as but not limited to: daylight, sunlight, micro-climate analysis (thanks to the skills developed by the Dublin office), zero carbon energy strategies, district heat network feasibility studies and various forms of post occupancy evaluations.
As a Sustainability engineer, I really value the commitment IN2 has to proposing low energy solutions, we don’t just copy and paste strategies, we are always looking for a lower energy approach where possible.”
“I’m excited to continue to focus on Belfast projects whilst supporting other offices. As part of my new role, I’m looking forward to continuing to develop our client base to help IN2 win more key projects, grow the team, and have fun doing so.
I’ve had the pleasure with working across all IN2 offices, on some fantastic projects with fantastic people. My highlights at so far include projects such as Deanston Wharf, Kainos, Dublin Airport and a new major residential project in Belfast.”
“My focus in this new role will be to continue to deliver sustainable innovative low energy building services solutions for IN2.
My advice to any engineer, no matter where they are in their career, is to continue applied learning and continual professional development in all aspects of building services engineering. Make sure not to restrict your knowledge to one aspect of engineering expertise, it’s so valuable to gain an understanding of all aspects.”
