×The IN2 Academy kicked off on the 16th June 2021, this year we are welcoming 7 student engineers and 5 graduate engineers. Also, for the first time, anyone at IN2 can join remotely, so everyone, no matter their job role or experience, can tune into any of the lectures.
Our in-house Building Physics expert William O’Donnell led the practical Daylight and Sunlight Analysis session during the first week and said,
Every year we recruit under and postgraduate engineers, the IN2 Academy equips them with the necessary skills for the modern construction industry. We also provide practical skills such as, time management, communication skills, presentation skills, and excellent client service.
We caught up with one of our graduates, Kevin Hughes, who said,
The IN2 Academy plays a key role in enhancing their foundation knowledge in a structured manner to ensure a pathway to eventual Chartered Engineer status for our engineers.
The Academy is located in IN2’s Dublin Office and includes dedicated teaching spaces and support resources in a tutored environment. The structured learning is provided by both in-house Engineers and specialists throughout the Construction Industry.
