×IN2 presented a panel discussion at Bisnow's Annual BTR Conference on 9 June and were joined by the rest of the panel to discuss 'Trends in Residential Design within an Evolving Environment'. You will hear about some of the key factors in designing and delivering a successful BTR development, how to furtureproof your project and how to be ESG compliant.
Eddie Beer, Associate Director at IN2 lead the panel discussion by summarising some of the main topics in the London residential market and what regulatory updates will be coming later in the year.
IN2 were joined on the panel by James Clarke from Crosstree, Richard Daw from Chapman Taylor, Simon Latson from JLL, Adina David from MGT Investment Management and Brendan Geraghty from UKAA.
