Demolition of the existing Crown House and replacement with a high quality mixed use development including residential and commercial uses at ground level.
The ground floor will have flexible commercial space, management facilities and a community centre. The 28,000m2 development will provide 331 apartments across two buildings. The scheme will deliver high quality public realm and a new green space at its heart. The setting of the existing church, a listed building, will be greatly improved with setback colonnades creating framed views allowing the façade of the church to become a focal point.
