The project comprises of the conversion and extension of the existing Sackville House office block to provide a new 158 bedroom budget hotel. The hotel will be operated by an international hotel brand and all designs shall comply with the relevant brand standards. The hotel includes meeting facilities with independent M&E systems / control operation, lounge, Gymnasium, Restaurant and bar. IN2 were appointed to design the M&E systems and provide advice on sustainable design for the development: mechanical, electrical and building mass and thermal modelling.
