The scheme is comprised of two new blocks around a central courtyard and a basement level under both blocks and the courtyard. Overall the scheme delivers circa 180 residential units, approximately 921m2 of office / commercial space and circa 838m2 of SME workspace.
Wharf scheme is envisioned as being car free with the exception of accessible parking spaces, which are housed in the basement level, along with the majority of the required cycle provision.
